These beta terms set the basic rules for hosting and responding to events on Yakparty.
USING YAKPARTY
You are responsible for the event you create.
You must provide accurate information, protect access to your host account, share private links carefully, and comply with applicable law. Do not use Yakparty for harassment, threats, fraud, spam, unlawful activity, deceptive impersonation, or content that violates another person’s rights.
GUESTS AND CONTENT
Only share what you have the right to share.
Hosts control their event and are responsible for invitation content, guest communications, and any activity arranged through the service. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant Yakparty the limited permission necessary to store, display, and transmit it for the event.
SERVICE STATUS
The product is in beta.
Features may change, fail, or be removed. Yakparty is provided as available without guarantees that every event, message, export, or third-party integration will remain uninterrupted. Keep independent records when an event has legal, financial, medical, or safety significance.
ENFORCEMENT
Protecting people comes first.
Access may be restricted or content removed when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or the public; respond to legal obligations; or address violations of these terms. These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
