These terms govern your use of yakparty.com and any purchases you make from Yak Party. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy — we accept it when we send a confirmation email. We may decline or cancel orders for pricing errors, inventory issues, or suspected fraud, and we'll refund any payment taken if we do.

Pricing & payment

All prices are in US dollars and don't include shipping or applicable taxes, which are shown at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes don't affect orders already placed.

Shipping & risk of loss

We aim to ship within 1–3 business days. Transit times depend on the carrier and destination. Risk of loss passes to you once we hand the order to the carrier.

Returns & refunds

See our Returns page for full details. In short: 30 days, unworn, original tags. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.

Promotional codes

Codes can't be combined, can't be applied to past orders, and have no cash value. The 20% off welcome code is valid on your first order only and excludes gift cards and sale items.

Intellectual property

The Yak Party name, logo, campaign imagery, and product designs are ours. You can share and link to our pages; you can't use our assets commercially or copy substantial parts of the site without written permission.

Acceptable use

Don't try to break the site, scrape it at volume, or abuse discount codes or the order system. We may suspend accounts or refuse service if you do.

Disclaimers & liability

We provide the site "as is" and do our best to keep everything accurate and available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is capped at the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of the page tells you when. If the change is material, we'll note it on the homepage or by email.
